Who we are

Information you give us

If you book a call, we receive the details you enter on Cal.com (typically your name, email, company, and whatever you write in the booking notes). If you use a gated tool or calculator, we receive the email and answers you submit so we can send you the result and, where it is a fit, follow up. Those records may be stored in our CRM (Attio) and email.

Information collected automatically

When you load a page we collect standard log and analytics data: pages viewed, referring site, browser, device, approximate location, and timestamps. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Nalloo, and RB2B to do this. Some of those tools use cookies or similar technologies.

Visitor identification

We use RB2B and Nalloo to identify companies, and where the vendor can, people, who visit the site, so we can understand which accounts are looking at Harochi and follow up by email. Person-level identification by RB2B is designed around US traffic. The language below is the disclosure RB2B requires us to publish.

When you visit or log in to our website, cookies and similar technologies may be used by our online data partners or vendors to associate these activities with other personal information they or others have about you, including by association with your email. We (or service providers on our behalf) may then send communications and marketing to these email addresses. You may opt out of receiving this advertising by visiting https://app.retention.com/optout. You also have the option to opt out of the collection of your personal data in compliance with GDPR by visiting https://www.rb2b.com/rb2b-gdpr-opt-out.

Why we use this data

We use it to run the site, measure what is working, answer booking and tool requests, and reach companies that have already shown interest. The legal bases we rely on are legitimate interests in understanding and marketing to B2B visitors, and consent where a form or cookie setting requires it.

Who we share it with

Processors acting for us, including Cal.com (scheduling), Attio (CRM), Google (Tag Manager and Analytics), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Nalloo, and RB2B. We do not sell personal information. Some of these vendors are in the United States. Where we transfer data out of the EEA we rely on the vendor's published transfer mechanism, typically Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is kept for as long as the vendor's retention setting allows, which we review periodically. CRM records of people who booked or submitted a form are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period after, then deleted or anonymised unless we have a legal reason to hold them.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and you can complain to a supervisory authority. In Berlin that is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit. Email macklin@harochi.io and we will handle the request.
