Harochi is a Berlin-based GTM engineering agency that builds, runs, and hands over outbound systems for B2B SaaS companies at Series A and Series B.
That last clause is the part most agencies leave out. We are not trying to become a line item you cannot remove. We build the engine, we run it while running it is the hard part, and we write it down well enough that your team can take it over.

Harochi started in Berlin in 2023 and is a Certified Clay Artisan Partner and a Certified HeyReach Expert. A good share of the work is rescue work, which is to say we get called in after a Clay build or a CRM migration has already gone wrong and somebody needs it running by the end of the quarter.

Both jobs produced the same observation: the teams hitting their number were not the ones with better reps, they were the ones whose systems still ran on a Monday when nobody logged in. Co-Founder
Mustafa’s background is in operations and automation. As Harochi’s Co-Founder and Head of GTM, he leads Service Delivery and owns how strategy becomes execution, from targeting and campaign design to infrastructure, reporting, and iteration. He pushes every engagement beyond a good plan, turning it into a system that produces results and keeps running.
